The Future Business Centre was commissioned by Interserve Project Services Limited (IPSL) on behalf of the charity, ‘Future Business’.
The project provides affordable mixed office and workshop space for individuals or organisations wanting to start up or to expand a social or environmental business.
The proposed building aims to be a business incubation centre with a difference - to grow businesses that are both socially responsible and look out for the environment all within the local community.
The original concept was designed by 5th Studio and the project was delivered by Saunders Boston.
The scheme has received a Commendation in the ‘Social Economic & Environmental Sustainability’ category at the 2013 Awards
