This new build creates a major new centre for Science teaching and Research for Anglia Ruskin University on their East Road Campus in Cambridge. The five storey (plus semi-basement) building provides a variety of facilities for 4 different departments, including research labs, teaching labs, seminar rooms, a 300 seat lecture theatre and offices. Saunders Boston was appointed by Morgan Sindall for the technical design delivery stages of this 2 stage Design and Build Contract, including specialist laboratory design input.
