65 unit Extra Care scheme comprising a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, communal facilities, staff areas, parking and residents gardens.
The Extra Care parcel formed part of a wider development proposal with Outline Consent. The parcel of land, site entrance point, surrounding road layout, building heights and positioning of the building were already fixed so we needed to develop a design which was in accordance with these parameters, whilst also meeting the specific design requirements of the Client.
