The existing Sheltered Housing scheme was demolished to make way for a new Extra Care scheme, which now features 42 1 & 2 bedroom apartments available for either Affordable Rent or Shared Ownership.
The development also includes communal facilities, staff spaces, residents gardens, and associated parking. All flats either have external balconies (wide enough for wheelchair) or Juliet balconies. The scheme boasts a double height entrance foyer, with cantilevered Gallery at first floor. Including a Garden Pavilion with secure soft landscaped Courtyard and Sensory Garden on ground floor level.
SBA Interiors team was selected to handle the furniture and finishes design for the new scheme. Full FF&E procurement including artwork, accessories, plants and feature lighting.
