The project comprises a combination of affordable rental units and shared ownership options, distributed among 36 affordable residences.
There are 22 two-bedroom apartments, all of which were designed for rent. Additionally, 14 two-bedroom bungalows were constructed for shared-ownership acquisition.
The accommodation was designed to be self-contained and designed to facilitate independent living whilst providing an environment which meets present and future needs and expectations the elderly.
Significant work was undertaken with the parish council and local authority, West Lindsey, to ensure that all properties were occupied by local residents with care needs. The local primary school were engaged during the construction process and one pupil is accredited with naming the scheme - The Burrows.
