In collaboration with Willmott Dixon, Saunders Boston was appointed by Medway District Council to deliver this state-of-the-art leisure centre in Rainham, Kent.

The council’s ambition was to provide the community with more child-friendly and accessible facilities offering more opportunities for young people. 
The family-friendly centre comprises a 4 lane 25m swimming pool, leisure pool with flume, wave ball beach pool, dedicated changing places, family-friendly changing rooms, fitness suite, party rooms and multi-purpose studios.
