SBA have secured a unanimous planning approval at committee for the old RGE factory site between Godmanchester & Huntingdon.
The development includes 82 high end residential dwellings that form a new gateway into Huntingdon. The bespoke designs maximise views over the adjoining meadows and river with elevated terraces and living spaces.
