Planning permission submitted!
We are delighted to announce that Higher Trenant Wadebridge has been submitted and validated for planning permission.
The project is the conversion and change of use of Former Council Office Building to 26 Residential Dwellings, comprising 20 affordable apartments, and 6 for care home employees and the development of a new build 67 Bedroom Care Home with associated parking and landscaping.
