This recognition highlights the stunning expansion of the Leisure Centre, designed to seamlessly integrate with the natural beauty of Hartham Common.
Designed to provide spectacular ‘eye’ views across the landscape to Bengeo, our vision was to create a structure that not only enhances its surroundings but also fosters community engagement.
Sustainability lies at the heart of this design, achieving a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating. Key features include natural ventilation, a large photovoltaic array, rainwater harvesting and an impressive exterior living wall.
