On Saturday 9th November our colleague, Julija, walked on fire to fundraise for our charity of the Year 2020, Arthur Rank Hospice.
This was a tremendous challenge as well as a wonderful opportunity to raise money, which thanks to the practice and Julija’s colleagues totals £295.00 with more, we hope to come.
Julija says “Turns out the old axiom “Mind over matter” works – the ability to transfer the energy from fear into adrenaline, and create a positive mantra before doing something that we really really don’t want to – that applies to life outside of fire walking. Sometimes the best way to accomplish something is to JUST DO IT”
