Planning Approval has been obtained for 17no new and specifically designed over 55’s retirement apartments for Housing21 at their Blackett-Ord Court site in Royston.
The scheme will provide much needed age appropriate and 100% affordable housing on a site with a strong existing community. The new additions have been carefully designed to provide a sensitive and contextually representative solution on a site set within an established residential area.
