Residential Care Homes
Client: Luton Borough Council & Wates Living Space
Location: Luton
Status: Complete

Designed on the site of a former outdated council owned residential care home and general needs council housing, this development provides an integrated retirement / care community.

This brownfield development maximises the currently underutilised site, providing arrange of accommodation and care facilities for new residents, the adjacent privately run care home and the wider community within Leagrave, Luton.

A doctors surgery provides a service for the wider community and various health facilities (treatment rooms, gym, spa) encourage a healthy active independent lifestyle. A bistro restaurant, café, and winter garden provide facilities for residents of the district.
